International Sales Support Associate

TheInt'lSales Support Associateassists in supporting the Sales team by gathering materials, communicating relevant information both internally and externally, and facilitating team activities to maximize performance.The "go-to" person for Territory Managers and Customers to achieve on time delivery for FOB shipments, ensuring order deadlines are met, and work as a team to help the Sales department achieve its annual goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify new orders and troubleshoot what is needed by working closely with Asia team members.
  • Managing the order flow process from beginning to end and proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on time
    deliverables.
  • Use dedicated software (SAGE and X3) to process and track orders.
  • Check inventory, maintain reservations, and work with the Procurement team to place new production orders.
  • Review license approvals for specific Territories and work with our Legal team to ensure orders can be processed for
    the requested products.
  • Review orders for accuracy and attend weekly multi department meetings to review the progress of orders between
    other departments.
  • Monitor the process, identify any shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Communicate with internal departments for order requirements such as packaging, marketing and the Brand team for
    special requests.
  • Assist Sales and Customers with sample requests as needed.
  • Assist Logistics and Accounting to ensure final shipment of orders.
  • Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. What we are looking for:
    • 2 plus years of Account Management experience
    • 2 plus years of administrative office experience
    • Incoterms Shipping knowledge
    • Prior Manufacturing and Incoterms experience
    • Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving
    • Team player with aspirations to grow within the company
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Cross functional team communication
    • Proficient in computer programs including internet, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Google Docs
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Multi-lingual a PLUS Working Conditions:
      • Environment: Office

      • Schedule: Regular office
      • May sometimes be required to participate in call with global offices outside of regular office hours
      • Physical Requirements:
      • Sedentary; Lifting up to 10 lbs
      • Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time
      • Travel Required: No
