This role acts as the key liaison for HR service delivery, supporting areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, and organizational design. The CHRO is responsible for overseeing HR processes, systems, and policies across the group and hospitals, ensuring effective governance and support for human resource functions.
