Job Description:
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate
action. Required Work Experience: One (1) year experience imaging
congenital heart defect and surgical repair at an accredited ICAEL
institution. Joe DiMaggio Preference: In lieu of one year of
experience, will accept new grads (within 1 year of graduation).
Appropriate Florida State Licensure depending on modality of
supervision. Obtain American Registry for Diagnostic Medical
Sonography (ARDMS) RDCS (AE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing
International (CCI) RCS Credential within six months of hire. Must
have reliable transportation for roles supporting Joe DiMaggio
Children's Hospital. Additional Education Info: Graduate of an
accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical
Sonographer program. Additional Credential Info: or Cardiovascular
