physical therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision
of a Physical Therapist* Implement individualized treatment plans
to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function* Assist
patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility
training* Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement and home
exercise programs* Monitor and report patient progress* Document
visits timely and accurately* Collaborate with the
interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care What You'll Need
* Active Florida PTA License* Degree from an accredited PTA
program* Current CPR Certification* Valid driver's license &
reliable transportation* Strong clinical and communication skills*
Home health experience preferred* Medicare experience preferred
